Ceramic Coating Processor

As a Ceramic Coating Processor here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in the ceramic coating process for jet engine parts. Thisrole requires physical strength and stamina as it involves handling andapplying ceramic coatings to various components. You will work in aclimate-controlled environment to ensure optimal conditions for the coatingprocess.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the qualityand performance of jet engine parts by ensuring the proper application ofceramic coatings. Your attention to detail and adherence to quality standardswill contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply ceramic coatings to jet engine parts according tospecifications and quality standards.
• Prepare parts for coating by cleaning and preppingsurfaces.
• Operate coating equipment and ensure proper applicationtechniques.
• Monitor and maintain coating thickness and quality.
• Perform visual inspections to identify any defects orinconsistencies.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organizedwork area.
