LATAM Transport Department has full responsibility in the region for the transportation of all required oversize, heavy lift as well as general cargo transportations. This includes budgeting, planning, execution, customs compliance and controlling. Responsibilities will include the full coordination of all inbound and outbound deliveries together with the factory, the construction sites, our global vessel team, the nominated transport company and other relevant stakeholder

Responsabilities:

Daily follow-up of shipments (Import and Local), coordinate with all involved stakeholders to ensure shipments are properly on track and reported
Coordinates with internal and external organizations to ensure that critical shipments are properly routed and delivered to wind farms.
Consolidation and filling out daily and weekly transportation control spreadsheets and KPI.
Extract reports and update KPI's
Ensure that all LSP are instructed and following Safety procedures in all operations
Coordinate with all involved stakeholders to ensure shipments are properly on track and reported
Tracking Import process and the issuance of Import Nfe
Coordinating with sites for the shipment of tools, frames, and containers.
Plan and coordinate reverse logistic of transport equipment returning to the factories
Close cooperation in the transport team improving the operation and meet the KPIs from transport department
Coordination with Transport team of all Service deliveries attending the sites demands, mainly domestic deliveries / local transportation
Control of transport forecast/spend reporting risks & opportunities
Verification and analysis of measurements with LSP and payment control.
Creation and maintenance of dashboards utilizing available tools
Support of problem-solving of delivery and transport quality issues, monitor and report transport risks

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Logístic, Business or International Studies/Foreing Trade preferred.
2 -3 years of experience in a similar position focused on Logistic/Transport and hands-on Transport & Customs set-up mainly in Brazil
Solid stakeholder management skills
Comfortable and proficient in delivering workshops and similar activities
Solid systems skills including MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in Power BI and SAP BI is a plus.
Attention to detail and build smart well-organized spreadsheets
Intermediate English language skills, written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.

Ability to makes recommendations and performs work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to structure and set up new processes.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
Good facilitation, presentation skills and storytelling on Management level.
Analytical, data driven and detail-oriented.
