- Oversee and manage all phases of civil projects, from planning to execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Proven experience in civil project management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
