As an Implementation Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our products and solutions for our customers in Toronto, ON. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the customer's requirements. Your expertise in project management and technical knowledge will be crucial in driving the successful deployment of our solutions.

You will report directly to our Director of Transformation and Transition and you'll work out of our Toronto, ON.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our customers by ensuring the seamless integration and implementation of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Implementation Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with clients: You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives. By building strong relationships, you will be able to effectively translate these insights into actionable implementation plans.
  • Implementation planning and execution: You will be responsible for developing and executing implementation plans based on client requirements. This will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.
  • Project management: You will oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This will involve monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges, and proactively managing risks.
  • Escalation management: As the primary point of contact for clients, you will handle any escalations or issues that arise during the implementation process. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve these issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Team leadership and management: You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members involved in the implementation process. By fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, you will ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Continuous improvement: You will continuously identify opportunities for innovation to enhance our services and better serve client needs. By staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, you will drive continuous improvement in our implementation processes.
  • Reporting and stakeholder management: You will develop and present regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and achievements. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.


Overall, as an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, meeting client expectations, and driving continuous improvement in our services.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • College Degree / Associate Degree.
  • 5+ year experience in the Information Technology field with a combination of the following: Business Analysis, Project Management best practices, Projects implementation.
  • 3+ year experience in creating process flows, data flow and entity relationship diagrams using MS Visio or Lucid Chart, or other data visualization tools.
  • Occasional traveling is required up to 10% Canada and US.


WE VALUE
  • Proficient in project management and adept at solving complex problems efficiently.
  • Experienced in utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, as well as implementing serverless architecture; proficient in MongoDB for database management.
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of REST APIs, Jira, Zendesk, and other relevant solutions for effective project execution.
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships and communicating complex concepts clearly, fostering collaboration and understanding among team members and stakeholders.
