Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will efficiently and customer-orientedly manage all aspects of customer repairs while providing exceptional service to both clients and colleagues. You will independently handle all assigned tasks in coordination with your line manager, ensure necessary approvals are obtained, and strictly adhere to safety, environmental, data protection, and compliance regulations. The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Automation Academy in Frauenfeld and Biel. Main stakeholders are our clients as well as our employees. You will be mainly accountable for: • Managing the administration of training courses at the Frauenfeld and Biel locations, including handling orders, procuring and managing materials, and preparing training rooms in Frauenfeld. • Coordinating customer repairs, including correspondence, order processing, and managing the flow of products to and from the repair facility. • Overseeing logistics at the Frauenfeld location, handling goods receipt and dispatch, organizing transportation, and preparing shipping documents for international shipments. • Administrating office supplies, coordinating with external service providers, welcoming guests at our sites, organizing catering, and carrying out the inventory according to guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

  • A completed vocational training or equivalent experience in administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in customer service, administrative roles, or logistics, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues, ensuring efficient and customer-focused handling of repairs and training administration.
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and ERP systems (SAP), along with basic knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes.
  • You are at ease communicating in German and English, French is an asset.
  • You hold current work permit in Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
