Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is:#LI - Onsite This role is contributing to Our Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. • Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. • Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. • Responsible for Service delivery( 24/7/365)as per ABB EHS safety Policy and guidelines. • Responsible for Service Sales includes, order booking, Revenue generation and collection. • Responsible towards Product and Safety training of the team

Qualifications for the role

• 10 + Years relevant experience in UPS service industry.
• BE/Diploma(Electronics & communication/ Electrical & Electronics).
• Good knowledge on the UPS is preferred.
• Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Good Communication Skills.
