What will you do?

• Negotiation of contracts (including terms and conditions) with customers or subcontractors along with opportunity leaders, and procurement team
• Reduction of exposure to risk under contract through provision of sound and consistent contractual review
• Working with the project management team to identify and implement a claim and variation management strategy driving profitability for the business
• Monitoring and supporting project execution and actively participating in project reviews
• Develop a culture of best practices

What qualifications will make you successful?

• At least 8-10 years of experience with a relevant diploma, certification or equivalent in legal or commercial contract management
• Demonstrated experience in contract management in a project environment or project/finance management
• Experience in contract negotiation, commercial law, and tender evaluation
• Experience in variation and change management aspects which arise throughout project execution
• Demonstrable communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• You must be agile and adaptable whilst remaining focused
