In Technip Energies, the industrial cybersecurity (OT cybersecurity) is the discipline that controls cybersecurity performance of vendors and subcontractors, in delivering products, in the context of Technip Energies business projects, all along the project lifecycle and in accordance with customers requirements.

The OT Cybersecurity Team Leader reports directly to Head of Information Security to Business Projects. He or she is accountable for the quality of OT cybersecurity services to industrial projects globally. These services are delivered as an engineering and commissioning discipline.

The OT Cybersecurity team is spread worldwide and this role encompasses supervising team members that are geographically separated.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Accountable for delivering OT cybersecurity services to Technip Energies business projects as per contract requirements

• Accountable for ensuring the OT cybersecurity services are delivered in accordance to project schedule and in synchronization with engineering disciplines, procurement and construction/commissioning activities

• Manages a growing team of OT Cybersecurity Engineers assigned to different projects

• Participates to the recruitment of staff for the OT Cybersecurity team or to the sourcing of agency personnel for spot missions

• Contributes to the Proposals (commercial offers) for the OT Cybersecurity inputs

• Is responsible for providing technical expertise in OT Cybersecurity (especially in projects with customers but can be extended to the Technip Energies internal perimeter)

• Coordinates with the other functions of the Cybersecurity Department to foster a collaborative success

• Specifically with regards to the other functions, supports the Cyber Risk Management team in identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans

• Contributes to the implementation and development of Technip Energies policies and procedures

• Organizes awareness sessions about OT Cybersecurity

• Manages cyber incidents in the OT perimeter

• Coordinates cyber assessments like penetration tests by specialized third parties

• Participates as advisor for vulnerabilities remediation in OT systems (the execution is under the responsibility of the Vendors)

• Provides reporting data to the Head of Information Security to Business Projects

About You

Education: Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree

Certification: ISA/IEC 62443 (all roles accepted)

• At least 5 years of experience as a team leader

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity applied to industrial environments (notably through the implementation of the ISA/IEC 62443 methods)

• At least 5 years of experience in the engineering aspects of industrial projects (related to cybersecurity or not)

• would be a plus: experience in the Oil and Gas industry

• would be a plus: experience in commercial offers preparation, technical specification writing and reporting

Technical skills

• understanding of Information and Operational Technology (IT / OT)

• understanding of cybersecurity standards, practices and technologies in the industrial environments

• knowledge and practice of project management methodologies and techniques

• familiarity with EPCC project execution Lifecyle
