This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
• Performs complex & daily administrative tasks with ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs. • Assists General Manager in all business-relevant administration tasks, such as conducting research, compiling, verifying the information, and creating special reports, presentations, organization charts, success stories, incentive plans, sales force reports, standard operating procedures, correspondence, and other relevant documents. • Responsible for different communication tasks within their own area of responsibility, ensuring sharing of knowledge and information to keep others informed and up to date. • Implements ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Acts as the point of contact for internal/external inquiries via phone and email, assesses the urgency of issues, and initiates appropriate action. • Arranges business-critical internal/external events, including arranging travel, developing itineraries, booking accommodation, registering for conferences, and coordinating with visiting speakers, among other tasks. • Provides financial support at a business level, which includes monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, and other related tasks.

Qualifications for the role
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of inside sales support experience. Business development skills are desirable.
- Capable of working and delivering in complex working environment and under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills are a must.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Experience in Electrical, Automation and Digital products and solutions would be a definite asset.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Language proficiency: English: fluent, French & Spanish: would be an asset. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Customer focused, self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Good listening and communication skills (both internally and with customers).
- A fast learner with an interest to share knowledge and train peers/ customers.
