This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead/manage/supervise a function/organization/department/team in the development, and/or implementation and/or execution in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities. The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally. You will be mainly accountable for: • Defines, in close consultation with the business areas, countries, and regions, an appropriate organizational structure to support the execution of the business's strategies, aligned with the corporate goals, imperatives, and guidelines. • Establishes, maintains, and communicates the organization's strategy for managing information and the policies, standards, procedures, and methods necessary to implement the strategy in the department of responsibility. • Accountable for the delivery of capabilities, solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. • Responsible and/or accountable for the definition, maintenance, and implementation of specific frameworks, processes, and models for their own area of responsibility and the management of the lifecycles of all managed assets. • Defines global function Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sets benchmark key objectives and targets, and delivers results to ABB Group management and external stakeholders. • Ensures that all IAM applications under direct control are maintained and kept up to date • Ensures that all resource requirements are managed, and right skills are retained and maintained across the organization in a timely manner • IAM operations leader is required to provide very clear view of technology delivery activities and requirement pipelines • Drives organizational change management and communication with the teams of IS Strategy and Transformation and/or IS People Excellence to ensure successful adoption of IAM technologies that are present as capabilities within IAM organization

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Sciences
- 15 plus years of total experience
- ITIL V4 foundation
- Certifications preferred in Identity and Access
- Management (IAM) technology specific certifications
