Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will act as people line manager actively involved with the teams, providing support, encouragement, and delivering positive and constructive feedback. You will be developing the organization by identifying and developing talents in the teams. As a result, you have an impact on organizational productivity and customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI Hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Process Control Platform(PCP) team based out in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing individuals and the teams along with recruiting and hiring talent to fill the positions. • Ensuring training and support to new hires and providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members. • Communicating and ensuring understanding of functional and departmental goals. • Monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets. • Identifying and implementing improvements and innovations and ensuring quality standards for all processes. • Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organization and identifying competency gaps and ensure employees have the necessary training to perform their job.

Qualifications for the role

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in leading teams (preferably R&D/IT).
• You have a proven experience in driving the organizational changes in global environments.
• You have a professional experience with Agile principles, Scrum and Azure DevOps.
• You are a team player, fast learner following the trends, willing to work in a team spreading different countries and technologies.
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in English.
