The Talent Development Program Lead plays a pivotal role in executing the company's Talent strategy and managing key development initiatives. This position is essential in ensuring the seamless integration of the talent development programs with the broader HR and company strategy. The role will provide strategic, hands-on, and comprehensive support to the Chief Talent and I&D officer in driving the strategic talent development priorities.

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Lead and manage multiple talent development programs, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and meet the evolving needs of the workforce
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Chief Talent and I&D Officer and leadership team, providing strategic insights, operational support, and innovative solutions to advance key initiatives
  • Provide direct support to the Chief Talent and I&D Officer in preparing for and facilitating executive meetings, presentations, and communications. Ensure the officer is equipped with the necessary information and materials to make informed decisions
  • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of program timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budgetary constraints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine talent development solutions that are innovative, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on talent initiatives
  • Drive the continuous improvement of talent development processes by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Support the development and mentorship of junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence within the team
  • Identify potential risks within programs and projects, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure that the Chief Talent and I&D Officer is informed of any significant challenges or opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex programs within talent development, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in managing program budgets
  • Experience providing high-level support to senior leadership, particularly in a talent management or I&D function

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related degree
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of how to translate business needs into effective talent development programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple, often competing, priorities with a high degree of effectiveness
