The Advisor, Corporate Content reports to the Communications and Public Affairs (C&PA) Center of Excellence (CoE) and creates compelling, engaging content across a variety of audiences and across multiple platforms, collaborating with social media and others. This position reviews and edits submitted content and ensures consistency in messaging and quality. They create and maintain a word and phrase bank and glossary document to ensure consistent message use across the company. They audit, measure, and identify areas of improvement for existing content and opportunities for new content. They experiment with new formats and channels to engage and innovate. They lead conversations about editorial calendars and content and stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to content and storytelling.

Responsibilities May Include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that support the company's objectives and enhance its brand image.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, video, and print materials.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for new content creation and improvement of existing content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice, style, and tone; establish and maintain editorial standards and guidelines for all content produced by the team; review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Leverage outside resources to support review and editing, as needed.
- Develop and maintain a high-level message document/glossary of terms to ensure consistency across all communication materials.
- Manage the Content Calendar to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all communications.
- Schedule, lead, and determine cadence for potential content meetings for information gathering and story ideas.
- Post/publish content both internally and externally in alignment with the company's overall communications strategy.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to promote content across various platforms.
- Collaborate with Brand Creative CoE on visual storytelling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content technologies.
- Experiment with new content formats and channels to engage audiences and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country on a permanent basis without restrictions
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of proven experience creating compelling content across various platforms for various audiences
- Advanced proficiency in researching, writing, producing, and editing communications including digital stories, print/digital newsletters, video scripts/production, leadership talking points, PowerPoint presentations, email campaigns, and social media
- Ability to travel as required up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or Literature, Digital Media or Multimedia and/or Creative Writing
- Proficiency with scripting, shooting, editing, and producing videos using a variety of video production tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and high quality
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Adept at expertly utilizing all means of communication (digital, written, oral, etc.) for a variety of internal and external audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective collaborative working relationships with internal and external personnel at all levels, and from a variety of disciplines
- Proficiency with prompt engineering for effective use of AI tools
- Proficiency with graphic design and presentation building
- Creative and strategic thinker with experience developing, executing, and measuring strategic communications programs and campaigns
- Ability to work with wide latitude for independent judgment and personal responsibility for project success
