We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Industrial Automation business unit in Germany. This is a home-based role, allowing for remote work that can be performed from any city in Germany.

In this role, you will lead a regional channel sales team to achieve key sales objectives, driving strategic projects and initiatives. You will collaborate with top partners, enhance solution-focused sales, and manage key marketing activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the regional sales team to meet defined sales targets.
  • Collaborate with key partners to drive solution sales and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Manage pipeline performance through structured plans and strategic partner engagement.
  • Launch and manage programs with new Gold Partners, aligning with local market needs.
  • Coach team members, assess gaps, and develop personalized growth plans.
  • Define metrics and oversee partner marketing activities and development spending.


Required Skills and qualifications
  • C2 level proficiency in German and B2 level proficiency in English.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading teams and extensive sales experience in Auto ID/Supply Chain, with a strong knowledge of the German market.
  • Proven success in channel partner and distribution partner sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to market trends and drive performance.
