As aField Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity toprovide technical expertise and facilitate our customers in the field serviceoperations. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technicalissues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and drivingcustomer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills and dedication to excellencewill play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and thegrowth of our business. You will report directly to our Field ServiceEngineering Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule. Inthis role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of ourcustomers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.At Honeywell, our people play a critical role in developing and assisting ouremployees to help them perform at their best and drive change across thecompany. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshootand resolve technical issues for our customers
  • Providetechnical support and expertise for field service operations
  • Workwith cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of oursolutions
  • Conducttraining sessions for field service technicians and customers
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations forimprovement

YOUMUST HAVE
  • 3-5years of technical sales experience in the security industry
  • Minimumof 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering
  • Strongtechnical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
  • Availabilityfor up to 50% travel
  • SpanishProficiency
  • EnglishProficiency
  • Experiencewith a CRM
  • Abilityto effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders
