Senior HR Services Administrator

You will report directly to our HR Services Supervisor and you'll work out of our Prague, Czech Republic location on a hybrid work schedule.

As a Senior HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will be responsiblefor providing comprehensive HR administrative support to the HR team andemployees. You will handle a wide range of HR tasks, including employee datamanagement, benefits administration, creation of HR documents, and employeeonboarding/offboarding processes. Your attention to detail and strongorganizational skills will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficientoperation of HR services. You will cooperate with other Centers of Excellencein the company, provide excellent customer service to employees according tothe Service Catalog & Service Level Agreement and support local and globalHRS projects.

TheCorporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a divisionfocused on corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overalloperations and strategy of the company. It is responsible for overseeing areassuch as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporategovernance, working closely with other business units and SBGs to ensurealignment and coordination across the organization. The CORP SBG plays acrucial role in the overall strategic direction and management of Honeywell'scorporate functions and operations, supporting the company's businessobjectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process HR service requests in CRM system(Salesforce, S-Now) according to SLA and manage employee data in internal systems,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process employee onboarding andoffboarding activities, including paperwork, system updates, and filemanagement
    Administer employee benefitsprograms, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Create HR documents such as e.g. offerletters, employment contracts, employee verification or other types of lettersand HR documents.
  • Provide support for and take part in HRprojects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent acquisition,and employee engagement programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries andprovide guidance on HR policies and procedures and maintain HR records and files incompliance with legal requirements and company policies.


YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Ability to handle confidentialinformation with discretion
  • Fluent German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • 1-2 year working experience
  • Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills and interest in HRtopics

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, or related field
  • Experience in HR administration,HR processes and system
  • Experience in working with a CRMsystem
  • Knowledge of local labor lawsand regulations
