Missions offered:

• Review and digitize the "PR P332 01 / Split of responsibilities " procedure explaining the sharing of responsibilities between the Departments of TEN France in the issuance of project documentation.

We could detail the subject/project according to several stages:

1. Understand how an EPC project works at TEN France, the roles and responsibilities of each Department/Function (i.e. Channel/Engineer Fresco)
2. Understand the different types of Project Deliverables (CTG 10, TEN France, Project Documentation Numbering)
3. Make, with each Department/Function, an exhaustive inventory of their project Deliverables and review/correct missing or false elements on the basis of the existing "Sharing of Responsibilities"
4. Research and propose a digital solution / tool allowing easy updating, visualization and search of information (other than the existing Word/Excel) in consultation/coordination with the Digital/Engineering Teams
5. Implement this solution by transferring all the updated information to it

• Propose, in consultation with all TEN France Process Owners, a measure of the efficiency of their process (following TEN France' s process mapping)

Profile sought:

What we expect from you:

• In the course of Bac +5,
• You have knowledge of Data Management, Database (Power BI),
• Quality management (ISO 9001),
• You have operational English (oral and written),
• Knowledge of the office pack.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
