This position reports to

BL Supply Chain Manager,Hoists

Your role and responsibilities

• Designs and implements plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets and supports global sourcing initiatives as required. • Applies and implements procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability. • Drives contractual topics with suppliers as well cost reduction initiatives locally. • Creates and updates reports as required, following ABB standards and implements new direction within the area of responsibility. • Applies standards on health and safety, environment and business ethics within operational work, contract management and negotiation activities. • Executes effective and transparent communication internally, externally and between different units and centers.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in a relevant course or demonstrated track record in a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supply chain with at least 2 years in a Procurement function
• You are skilled in procurement related tools and processes.
• Have established skills in contract management, supplier engagement and negotiations.
• Effective communications and collaborations skills
