Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a committed and structured Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Motion Service team in Mannheim as soon as possible. You will maintain a trusting relationship with our customers and form an important interface function. If you have sound professional experience in the management and control of service contracts or service assignments and would like to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment, then apply to us and become part of our team. Your responsibilities: • Coordination and management of service contracts for services relating to electrical drive technology such as frequency converters, motors and intelligent sensor technology • Management of contractual services, e.g. service assignments, maintenance schedules, runtimes and ensuring effective implementation • Analyzing customer data and preparing it for individual service recommendations • Supporting our customers in close coordination with Field Service, Sales and the commercial department • Taking the initiative to shape and continuously improve your area of responsibility in a grow-ing, strategic business field

Qualifications for the role

• Completed studies or training in the field of business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the service business in general; specialization in service contracts is an advantage
• Experience in service and deployment planning as well as basic project management skills
• Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) and common Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills for communicating with international teams (e.g. plants, support departments) and customers
