Safety is a fundamental value at TotalEnergies, and managing technological risks across all business lines is a key factor in the Company's performance and long-term viability. Reporting to the Holding's HSE/Major Risks Department, you will contribute your expertise in risk analysis, technological risk management and the technical integrity of installations.

Activities

As a Process Safety Expertise Engineer, your main tasks will be as follows:

- Repository, methods & tools: Develop, update, harmonize and validate internal rules, guides, tools and methods required for technological risk assessment within the Company's scope. Ensures the evolution of HSE specifications in coordination with the technical reference managers.

- Competence and training: Maintain a high level of expertise, disseminate know-how and ensure a technological watch through training courses and professional committees.

- Networks and communication: Coordinate and lead the network of correspondents in charge of process safety and technological risk assessment. Represent the company in external bodies and with partners.

Occasional travel is required.

Candidate Profile

We're looking for a highly qualified engineer with a scientific or technical background (minimum MSc) and over 15 years' experience in process, engineering and project work in high-risk technology industries. You will have in-depth expertise in technological risk assessment, process safety and oil facility design, with significant experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Your background may include operational, HSE and consulting roles.

You are recognized for your excellent communication and synthesis skills, both oral and written, and you are organized, dynamic, open-minded and diplomatic. Fluency in spoken and written English and French is mandatory.
