EL Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the development of data driven insights by assisting in the creation of reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI. Collaborate with the team to provide actionable information to help optimize commercial operations and improve business performance. The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for: Data Analysis: Assist with data extraction and analysis using SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Support the BI team by collecting data related to order management, order-to remittance, disputes, internal performance metrics, and more. Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key business metrics. Provide insights into operational performance and help identify trends or areas for improvement across commercial operations. Build sales reports regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services. Data monitoring: Monitor and report on order and backlog data to support distribution center operations. Ensure management has visibility into data that highlights performance gaps or new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue generation. Collaboration: Work with team members and management to gather requirements, contribute to reports, and help interpret data to support business decisions.

Qualifications for the role

• o English is mandatory.
• o Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases (only for data consultation).
• o Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• o Effective communication skills to collaborate with the team and present data findings.
• o Willingness to learn and grow within the BI field.
• o Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
