QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification
Technician certification in airconditioning and refigeration, preferred
High school (transcript) or GED (transcript)
Only GED certificates obtained through a GED Testing Center approved by the GED Testing Service (GETS) will be accepted.
Valid Texas driver's license
Universal EPA refrigerant certification, preferred
Individual recommended for the position must pay a $49.26 fingerprinting fee by credit card as part of the application
process to be considered for employment. (Fee is subject to change.)

Special Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
Ability to use hand and power tools

Experience
Three to Five years experience in HVAC field
