Bilingual (Spanish) Solar Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Residential Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar operations, excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, and a passion for renewable energy. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of residential solar systems while providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of residential solar systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and addressing inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Support site assessments and inspections to determine optimal system placement and performance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential solar operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Nevada state, and federal solar regulations and codes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as PV design software and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
