• Manage and ensure timely responses to emails.
• Gain a deep understanding of competitor pricing, packaging, and products, while staying updated on Direct Solar's offerings.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team environment that fosters growth and development opportunities.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Education:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
• Associate Degree in relevant fields such as Business, Communication, or Management preferred.
Skills:
• Proficient in using computers, email, chat, and office software.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi technologies and Internet Explorer.
• Strong knowledge of Direct Solar target market(s).
• Ability to work in a compliance and regulatory environment.
Experience:
• Previous outbound sales experience is a must.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating the Internet and using IT search engine tools.
