We're flipping the switch on how people power their homes, and we need hungry, persuasive phone sales agents to help us lead the charge. • You've worked in an outbound call center - and you thrived.
• You know how to sell - maybe not solar (yet), but you're a closer.
• You're a tech-savvy multitasker who can juggle CRM tools, email, and a conversation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:
• Dial like a boss: You'll be calling warm leads and cold calls here - and turning interest into appointments (and appointments into deals).
• Sell the sun: Pitch the benefits of going solar in a way that makes customers feel the savings.
• Crush the competition: You'll be armed with all the facts to beat out the other guys.
• Talk the talk: Communicate clearly (and confidently) in English - Spanish is a big plus!
• Be part of a team that actually gives a damn: You'll collaborate, learn, and win together.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Associate degree = nice, not required)
• Outbound phone sales experience
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Must live in or near Las Vegas - this is an in-office role
