The Hydropower Engineering "BCL" will develop relationships across local and regional HDR offices as well as across HDR's national Power Sector to continue growth and development of the NorCal hydropower engineering team. In this role, the Hydropower Engineering BCL will work with engineering discipline managers to identify business class growth opportunities and develop an associated multi-year plan in conjunction with mentoring and succession planning. This includes collaboration with NorCal operations leaders and Hydropower Practice technical leaders to understand staff capabilities across HDR's Hydropower Practice and incorporate that understanding into NorCal staffing plans.
