QUALIFICATIONS

To join our team as an HVAC Manager, we're seeking individuals who meet the following requirements:

• 5+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating and cooling systems
• Vast knowledge about all forms of residential heating and cooling equipment, including mini-split systems, upgraded systems, and replacements
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification
• Completion of an HVAC training program
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use a smartphone and tablet

Experience using ServiceTitan would be a plus.
