This position reports to
Senior Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
• Adapts corporate contractual framework to the business needs. • Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval. • Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements. • Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price. • RFQ and cost analysis. • Import & export shipment handling. • Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing. • Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Major in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or logistics management or comparable.
- Minimum 3-5 years as buyer in manufacturing company.
- Good communication & presentation skill.
- Proactive, initiative, and analytical ability.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
