Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, Power Point, etc.
Required Education
Must be enrolled as a current student at Belmont University.
Required Experience
Will report to the In Every Generation leadership team for training.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the In EveryGeneration leadership team
- Manage calendaring andinvitations for events, ensuring timely distribution and tracking RSVPs.
- Support on-site logistics forevents, including venue bookings, equipment rentals, and transportationarrangements, registration, and hospitality.
- Prepare materials for events,such as handouts, presentation slides, and promotional materials.
- Catalog song materials usedduring events, including recordings, lyrics, and copyright information.
- Support research activities.
- Handle honoraria and consultancypaperwork for guest speakers or performers.
- Assist with post-eventevaluations and documentation for future reference and improvement.
- Assist in building andmaintaining the In Every Generation website, ensuring content isup-to-date and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team todevelop a social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals andobjectives.
- Manage social media accounts,creating and scheduling posts to engage with the relevant audiences and promoteupcoming events and website posts.
- Monitor online presence,responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
