Shift Hours:

Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)

Shift: Days, Monday - Friday, No Weekends, No Holidays

Job Description:

Directs and monitors, as Team Facilitator, all non-clinical staff to ensure work goals are met and action plans are developed. Develops/improves work flows, trains and orients new staff, provides staff development and feedback, supports and communicates new initiatives that impact their areas, and assists in areas to provide leadership support to the clinic manager.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisor experience preferred.
