Missions
• contribute to achieve Aperam's ambition towards CO2 decarbonization roadmap
• follow-up and reporting of the progress
• drive the change to a low carbon economy at the site
• ensures the rollout of good practices and/or previous successful realization outside the site
and based on production site you will:
• bring your knowledge and expertise to identify added value project
• elaborate the business cases and define priorities
• in collaboration with the site engineering team manage the execution of the projects
• in collaboration with CTO deploy the necessary resources to assure the correct execution of the projects
Responsibility
• management of site project portfolio
• ensure quick and efficient feasibility study & sizing of projects
• technical analysis/review for energy efficiency excellence
Required skills
• Strong technical background in energy efficiency:
• energy performance and heat recovery
• green energy & electrification
• energy savings process
• Good project management skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical & contractual documents, and governmental regulations
• Ability to be synthetic and communicate in a simple and efficient way
• Act as a leader with an entrepreneurship mindset. Capability to manage changes in a matricial organization,
from local to global.
• Capability to influence in all levels of the organization (from shop-floor operations to senior site
management).
• Compliance with the company's rules of ethics
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five (5) years' experience; or equivalent combination of education
and experience in Energy Engineering or management of energy projects
• Knowledge and experience with the steel industry or equivalent
• English level B2 minimum
• Local site language (French) is an advantage
• PRINCE2 Certification is an advantage
