- Market segmentation analysis for fracking and mud pump markets.
- Layout OEM, rebuilders, packagers, and end user base
- Market demographics
- Defining equipment usage (primary pumps)
- Upkeep/maintenance cycles of equipment
- Identify other adjacent markets/targets such as rebuilders, steel producers, sugar, etc. Improving the market position of the organization and helping it in every way to attain the desired financial growth.
- Planning the long-term growth strategy and goals for the company and ensuring that they are executed.
- Ability for tactical organization mapping and penetration to key decision makers.
- Building key customer relationships ensures the organization maintains a good position in the market.
- Delivering presentations and carrying negotiations with both existing and prospective customers that maximize our stickiness and secure the business long term.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current developments in the business market to assess the position of the company and determine how to improve it.
- Developing plans and strategies for furthering new business opportunities and achieving the company's sales and margin goals.
- Working with the VP of Sales to provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and providing feedback to leadership team and other company functions.
- Weekly reporting of activity and intel
- Travel is expected at 75% of the time
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of a 4 Year Degree; Master's Degree or equivalent proven experience preferred
- Proven leadership role in a manufacturing sales organization; experience in the gearing and gearbox industry preferred
