A successful HVAC Warehouse Associate ensures our warehouse's efficient operation and embodies the core of our logistical excellence. Responsibilities for the HVAC Warehouse Associate:

• Pull and stage HVAC equipment for technicians, ensuring that all items are ready and properly organized for loading onto trucks.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring that inventory is accurately recorded and stored.
• Ensure safe driving practices at all times, adhering to traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including tracking the movement of HVAC equipment and materials within the warehouse.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to the warehouse manager.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are handled and stored safely to prevent accidents or damage.

Requirements for the HVAC Warehouse Associate:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HVAC warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
