Your role and responsibilities
Integrate China service business, improve working flow, drive team synergy and performance excellence Creates, plans, and implements service sales strategy by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration, improving profitability, pricing strategy and proper business model and team deployment. Organize and Design Service offering to fit for different category of market segments and customer needs Transform service business from selling mode to Service driven selling. Improve service offering pricing system, make sure we can drive more profit from IBs with better pricing setting, thus improve service business profitability Achieves service sales volume target by ensuring the team sells entire service portfolio. Participates in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. Ensures setting, periodic-reviewing, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed. Analyzes service market potential with complete focus on IB penetration and ensures proper customer relationship management. Evaluates and shares relevant information on IB data, sales leads, customers and competitors' solutions, and marketing trends with the team.

Qualifications for the role
- Significant work experience preferred to have exposure to major industries like refinery/ petrochemical, Oil & Gas and Power Generation etc. industries in China and solid commercial and financial experience.
- Strategic leadership skills. Strong entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills
- Experience managing a business size of USD60M + and multi portfolio experience
- Preferred 10 - 12 years of rich service business sales experience
- Preferred 5 - 8 years of experience having been in a Sales Leadership role managing a sales team
- New energy transition industries experience is preferred
- Be able to develop fit for market sales strategy, with a proven track record of sales achievement and busi-ness growth
- Solid working experience in either European or American multinational companies
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; both spoken and written
