The working model for this position is as follows: LinkedIn #hybrid Our division specializes in the energy, environment, chemical and pharmaceutical markets, helping our industrial customers to improve their industrial processes and their environmental impact in the French national market through our automated and digital solutions. Reporting to the Division Manager France, as a member of the Management Committee, you will implement the global service strategy (sales and operations) on the French territory and drive the growth of the Service business locally, achieving targets, optimizing the use of resources and ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently through collaboration with other activities / hubs in the different countries of the division. - You will manage the Service France business - In collaboration with the Service Sales Manager to ensure growth in our market share in France and a team of 5 people - You are responsible for the operational management of the business, implementing delivery and performance standards, guaranteeing consistent quality and customer satisfaction, and ensuring profitability, with an operational team of around ten people whom you manage directly. - You have economic responsibility for your department (growth, margins, profitability, etc.) and for its continuous improvement, and you defend your results to the local division and the European organization. - You will stimulate our development in France, in particular by promoting the Group's products and services to our installed base. - You are responsible for ensuring that contractual commitments (quality, time, costs) are met, and for customer satisfaction. - You maintain lasting relationships with our customers, with a view to continuous improvement. - You will manage, motivate, support and develop the skills and knowledge of a total team of around twenty people. - Health, safety and integrity management is at the heart of your responsibility to ensure a safe and honest working environment. You'll be joining a young, high-performance team where you can flourish.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a technical diploma from an engineering school, master's degree or equivalent significant experience in automation or industrial IT.
- You must have at least 10 years' experience in management and customer service.
- You have a very good level of English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Your proven leadership and strategic orientation skills will make the difference
