Korea Sales Director, Honeywell Process Solutions
Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) is a $6.4 billion strategic business unit of Performance Materials and Technology strategic business group that improves the productivity and profitability of industrial facilities on every continent around the world. HPS offers a full range of automation and control solutions to key vertical markets, including Energy-O&G Upstream,Mistream and LNG, Sheet Manufacturing (Pulp & Paper, LIB and Gigafactory) and Chemicals/LifeScience-Pharmaceuticals, and develops/markets industrial automation systems and Honeywell Connected Industrial's advanced software solutions.
We are seeking a Sales Director for Korea, one of the six regions in HPS Asia Pacific Pole. The successful candidate will lead the organization for sustained profitable growth in the Korea business.
Responsibilities include
Customer:
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction of Honeywell Process Solutions Customers
• Building strong customer-focused, Sales, Operational and Strategic capabilities
• Providing local market data to Global Marketing & Technology/ Operations functions
• Deploying an appropriate Sales structure for export and domestic EPC market .
• Assuming Executive Sponsorship of select Korea key corporate accounts
Business:
• Management of the Regional P&L and Contribution to Profit AOP; balancing business margins and operating costs/productivity vs. growth opportunities.
• Orders and Revenue Growth
• Maintaining close working relationship with all Honeywell PMT operating SBU units
• Contribution as a full member of the Pole Leadership team to set appropriate strategy/policy and to implement standard systems and processes
• Developing Regional Business Plan (RBP) over STRAP
• Ensuring deployment of Sales Verticalization and alignment across all the LOBs and Functions
People:
• Build and Assembling a high performance and growth result oriented regional team and driving ongoing improvement in the Sales and Operational Skills & Effectiveness of the field organization
• Operating outside business or geographical "silos" and working with peers to support Global or National accounts
• Ensuring effective performance management processes and future management capabilities
Compliance:
• Comply and ensure entire organization complies with Honeywell Business Code of Conduct policies
• Evaluate risk associated with business opportunities and contractual obligations
Position Scope:
• Direct Management of Sales and Commercial Excellence of Project & Automation Solutions (PAS)/Life-Cycle Support & Solutions(LSS)/ Honeywell Connected Industrial(HCI) Line of Businesses(LOB).
• Responsible for $120$140 Million Revenue

• Conversant in oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to build, lead and develop effective teams

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of the automation business, processes, practices and key markets and customers
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelorof Science Degree in business and/or technology, MBA/ Advanced Business Degreepreferred
• Strongleadership/ people development skills in managing teams towards achievingbusiness objectives
• StrongBusiness and Financial analysis capability (understanding income statements,balance sheets, WC/FCF management)
• Extensiveexperience of customer and sales or marketing, and experience in doing businessin Korea
• At least10 years of leadership experience, General management experience responsiblefor P&L results preferred
• Thoroughknowledge of consultative and value-based selling
• Operational(Project/ Services) experience an added advantage
