This position reports to
Applications Manager
Your role and responsibilities
1. Responsible for the set-up, installation, uninstallation, move, add, change support for standard softwares on end-user devices 2. Perform end-user device cycle support management following IT procedure from procuring until disposal of IT asset. 3. Assist in the process of managing IT assets, inventory, storage, recording, issuance and disposal. 4. Delivers the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality 5. Assist IT colleagues for resolving, and closing escalated issues experienced by the business. 6. Adhere to IS policies, procedures, and protocols for providing support to the business. Strict adherence to ABB core policies and procedures. 7. IS related vendor management tasks and activities to EUC 8. Collaborate with OSS/CX team for any global requirements and mandatory roll-out to EUC

Qualifications for the role
- Diploma in IT course
- With at least 2 months IT service support background
- Team player.
- Good communication skill.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience.
- Fast adaptability to change
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge in basic computer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in .Net application development.
- Knowledge in Server Administration
- Knowledge in MS SQL Server
- Knowledge in Network Troubleshooting
- Proficient in English (verbal and writing)
