Missions offered:

We are looking for a person to join the Vendor Performance Management team within the Global Sourcing and Procurement to take on the role of Coordinator of the development of future innovative solutions in Supply Chain Management ("Supplier Quality Initiative Coordinator").

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of a Proof of Concept and a Minimum Viable Product for our future data product. The purpose of the internship is to define the implementation strategy of the initiative, to develop the PoC (depending on the duration of development), to demonstrate the viability of the initiative, and to demonstrate its commercial value. The mission of the internship is also to encourage intrapreneurship by empowering employees to identify and implement innovative ideas that drive business growth and improve processes.

Your main tasks will include:

A. Definition of the Proof of Concept execution strategy and its implementation:

• Definition of the project schedule and milestones,
• Definition of expected deliverables and acceptance criteria.

B. Creation of a Proof of Concept

Coordination and monitoring of the activities necessary for the development of the Proof of Concept, including coordination with the Business Performance and Data Office teams and developers, in order to:

• Define use cases and create business value,
• Define the necessary data, types of data, ratios, benchmarks and visualization means best suited to the needs of future users,
• Verify and improve the quality of the available data,
• Establish Access and collect missing data from Data Owners,
• Structure and create a first deliverable of the project, in order to prove the viability of the future product.

C. Communication within Technip Energies:

• Presentation of the PoC to the team and the Department,
• Raising awareness among future users internally T.EN.

Profile sought:

What we expect from you:

• In the course of Bac +5,
• You have an understanding of business value creation, you are interested in creating innovative solutions for Supply Chain management,
• You have knowledge of data analysis and visualization,
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with data owners and the team,
• You have operational English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of the office pack.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
