POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Moss is the #1 Solar EPC, and is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Safety team in Guston, Kentucky. We are seeking someone with high energy, who is bi-lingual in Spanish, and has strong interpersonal skills who can multi-task and work in a fun and very fast-paced environment. Pay range is $20-22 per hour, based on experience level.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn all aspects of Safety at the Solar site, understanding the critical importance at the jobsite and be able to communicate it to team members
• Greet and assist new hires, as well as schedule and conduct Safety orientation in Spanish
• Process and scan all safety orientation and paperwork
• Handle various administrative duties: maintain and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents, keep project paperwork organized, filing and scanning, requisition supplies, printing, making sure the office is stocked with office supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School diploma required; minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position, with construction, Safety, and/or Solar experience preferred
• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, written and verbal, are required to provide outstanding support and customer service to our employees and subcontractors
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment with ability to handle a high-pressure environment, and prioritize work effectively

• Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME - NON-EXEMPT - HOURLY

REPORTS TO: SAFETY MANAGER
