As a Program Specialist IIhere at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinatingvarious programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit in Korea.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfulexecution of programs and projects. Your role will involve tracking projectmilestones, managing budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.Additionally, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives and helpdrive operational efficiency within the organization. You will report directlyto our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Korea location on a hybridwork schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make asignificant impact on the success of our programs and contribute to the growthof the BA business unit in Korea.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the coordinationand execution of programs and projects within the BA business unit in Korea.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely andsuccessful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identifyareas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on program status, risks,and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of program management bestpractices and standard operating procedures.YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
WE VALUE
• Experience inthe building automation industry or related field.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
