Full-time Co-op Students are responsible for projects on the Mining Engineering team. Luck Companies works with the university to ensure that the year that the student works with the company, they can experience the aggregate industry from the corporate and field environment. Students will work May-Aug 2025, return to school for the fall semester, then return and work the full calendar year from Jan 2026-Dec 2026.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support location projects aligned with strategic objectives utilizing schooling knowledge and analysis of existing operations and company practices
  • Self-develop in Luck Companies Values classes

  • Support and contribute to location business plan and the mine plan.

  • Analyze, inform, and recommend innovative practices for operations regarding products, processes, people, and technology, using data analytics.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Current full-time Mining Engineering student

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software

ENVIRONMENT OR PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

General office conditions apply.

Ability to work with occasional exposure to dirty and dusty conditions and extremes of weather.
