Asa Sr HR Partner - HR Site leader here at Honeywell, you will play a criticalrole in driving HR initiatives and assisting the overall HR strategy atHoneywell. In this senior leadership position, you will be accountable formanaging and guiding the HR function, overseeing a team of HR professionals,and partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence. You will providestrategic guidance and facilitate talent acquisition, employee relations,performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Asa trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the development andimplementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positivework environment and drive employee engagement. As a people leader atHoneywell, you will play a critical role in developing and assisting ouremployees to help them perform at their best and drive change across thecompany. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverseteam by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, drivingretention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. You will reportdirectly to our HR Director and you will work out of our City, State locationon a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and providestrategic HR guidance and support.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that alignwith business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Managing and developing a team of HR professionals, providing coaching,guidance, and support.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations,conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-oriented skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholdersat all levels of the organization.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performancemanagement, and employee development.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
