Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal clients. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: hybrid {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Minden. You will be mainly accountable for: • Commercial processing of repair and spare parts orders: Creating offers, order processing, data entry and bookings in SAP, issuing RMA numbers, receiving goods, shipping notices, cost estimates, invoices, and dunning procedures. • Coordination of logistics and shipping: Determining delivery dates, creating delivery notes and pro forma customs invoices, freight cost calculation, pickups, and returns. • Special tasks: Import processing, export control, processing orders from customer portals, handling shipments to third countries, creating certificates and documents. • Customer support: Receiving customer inquiries and orders (also in English), coordinating with internal and external partners (workshop, logistics, shipping, controlling). #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote #LI-Onsite

Qualifications for the role

  • Fluent language skills in German and English
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP and experience in using ERP systems
  • Several years of professional experience in order processing, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
  • High resilience and ability to work reliably even in stressful situations
