Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for analyzing, managing, and improving global and integrated end-to-end business processes. Each day, you will guide the Business Process Owner and IS team for the implementation of the business process application solution. You will also showcase your expertise by working closely with all process stakeholders. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for: • Manage the portfolio of business improvement projects (Advanced Manufacturing Site system tools heatmap) and ensure benefits delivery and execution of these projects with desired quality, on time, and within budget. • Work closely with site teams responsible for manufacturing equipment to provide technical guidance and support in the integration of equipment for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) • Responsible for providing manufacturing execution systems operational support, documentation, administration, deployment, configuration and maintenance for development, test and production environments across Mexico manufacturing sites • Supervises risk management strategies for the local unit and ensure actions taken to mitigate and control risks • Perform subject matter expert role across the HUB in the arena of manufacturing execution and logistics. Specifically drive the strategy for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) across the HUB. Develop and present systems strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders across ABB. • Ensure efficient integration of processes and technologies from both a global and local operational unit perspective and develop and execute a Business Analysis strategy in the advanced manufacturing domain that are in line with business strategic objectives • Create and maintain detailed Business Analysis procedures and processes; ensure procedures are executed and auditable. Build and maintain strong relationships with PMO peers, risk managers and key business and IT stakeholders to ensure quality project execution.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 8 yrs experience configuring and deploying in MES and ERP systems (Critical Manufacturing MES and SAP) and experience with discrete manufacturing and engineering to order (ETO) business models.
- Experience implementing MES projects and program/project management or change management role for mid to large size projects.
- Experience with materials management and production control specifically MES systems
- Advanced English and ability to travel 25%
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within the MES and ERP and system landscape environment preferred
- Experience with MES/ECS systems and specifically experience interfacing with SAP ECC ERP environments and SAP PP, MM modules preferred. Experience with Switchgear and MCC controls preferred
