This position reports to
Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation. The work model for the role is: Hybrid {LI#Hybrid} This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area, and their Distribution Solutions division in ABB Chile. You will be mainly accountable for: • Definition and review of technical background provided by the commercial area for preparation of bids or proposals. • Review of technical specifications. • Define technical-economical solutions for the quotation process. • Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews. • Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- +5 years of experience working in similar position.
- Experience in companies in the field (competitors, customers, distributors).
- Knowledge of CAD and MS Office tools.
- Experience in proposal areas.
- Availability to travel.
- Experience with Medium Voltage (MV) equipment.
- Intermediate-advanced level of English and fluent conversational Spanish.
