Primary Responsibilities:
In the role of Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water related project
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meeting
• Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other discipline
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
• Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project review
• Implement QA/QC procedure
• Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plan
• Supervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 15 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include a minimum of 5 years experience in project management, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
• PE in New York or New Jersey
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
