About the job:
Kent is looking for a Completions Lead to be based in Houston with potential Offshore site travel during execution phase. Completions Lead will be responsible for the overall management of the Project Completions Management System (CMS) across Project with specific emphasis as follows:

About the job:
Kent is looking for a Completions Lead to be based in Houston with potential Offshore site travel during execution phase. Completions Lead will be responsible for the overall management of the Project Completions Management System (CMS) across Project with specific emphasis as follows:
Skills and Responsibilities: Planning Phase
- Reports to the Site Commissioning Manager
- Demonstrate excellence in HSSE leadership behaviours at all times.
- Drives performance, by conducting integrated Handover Readiness meetings with Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Operations Stakeholders. Driving conversations to remove blockers on priority systems.
- Collaborates with Start-up Manager to ensure a safe and effective execution of Systems Completion activities and to ensure all Systems Completion requirements are met.
- Manage set-up, implementation, and overall management of the Project CMS.
- Validate and verify Engineering tag data and upload to CMS.
- Maintain Master set of Limit of System Handover (LOSH) drawings.
- Responsible for coordinating and executing Systems Completion activities required by the Systems Completion Plan.
- Ensures all team members using the CMS are fully competent within the Systems Completion Database as it relates to their role.
- Comply with the System Handover Management Process (SHMP) from Mechanical Completion through System Handover.
- Monitors construction and commissioning activities, assists in resolution of systems completion related issues to ensure satisfactory quality is attained. (Check-sheet, Punch list, MoC, Redlines)
- Ensures alignment with Project Engineering, Construction, Quality, Procurement and Start Up/Operations.
- Subject matter expert and resource to the Project pertinent to Systems Completion activities.
- Leads development of the Systems Completion strategies, execution plans and procedures.
- Applies Systems Completion Lesson Learned from previous projects.
- Manages Systems Completion interfaces to facilitate safe and successful handover from construction to commissioning and seamless transition of the facilities from Project to Operations.
Execution Phase
- Execute project setup and implementation of digital Completions systems.
- Provide project technical support to commissioning digital systems and software(s) related issues and/or questions.
- Assist with commissioning digital systems and software(s) training to project teams and training material.
- Work with project teams and system/software providers to test customizations and system/software upgrades.
- Assist with incorporating project design details, work packages and schedules into the commissioning digital systems and software(s).
- Work with bp digital team with regards to requirements and adequacy of systems required to service all aspects of our commissioning engagements.
- Work with bp digital team with regards to integration efforts between all the different digital tools from other disciplines (engineering, project controls, etc.) and data flow.
- Work with bp commissioning team and other teams to ensure data accuracy, design dashboards to highlight issues with data and apply corrective actions.
- Provide guidance to the digital team and project members

- 10+ years of Project Completion and Operations experience.
- Previous successful management experience during Mechanical Completion, Commissioning, and Operations planning.
- In-depth knowledge of Project Completion standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Strong understanding of Project execution, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning & Completion practices.
- Demonstrated management and organizational ability for large teams with strong people skills.
- Strong understanding of work planning, scheduling and tracking.
- Exposure to client practices, processes, and expectations with respect to Systems Completion, Preservation, Commissioning and Start Up operations.
