This position reports to
Product Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Join our Digital Systems team and shape the future of Electrification and Automation. You'll drive new sales opportunities, ensure budget goals are met, and provide technical support for our cutting-edge digital solutions. From secure supervision and control to data acquisition and multi-site factory solutions, your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, scalable systems. Make an impact and lead the way in industrial automation! • Develops and maintains new sales opportunities while resolving customer issues and analyzing customer needs • Ensures achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth across all product groups • Supports the sales organization in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions for complex offers • Conducts analytic studies to identify optimal technical solutions for customer needs and complex inquiries • Provides technical support during meetings, presentations, negotiations, and offers related training to the Sales team • Analyzes lost proposals to identify causes and recommends actions in collaboration with the sales/business unit for improvement

Qualifications for the role
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in information technology, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
- First years of proven experience as a Sales Specialist
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to tackling and implementing tasks
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and customer orientation, enjoying intercultural exchange
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Spanish), and flexible for international mobility
