SUMMARY:
Key member of the FP&A team providing insight and analysis of financial data and performance measures, trends, and the monitoring of key financial and operating metrics.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a trusted financial business partner in different areas of the business
- Assists business areas in their day to day financial matters (monthly closing process, budgeting and forecasting process)
- Creates financial cases and evaluates the viability of operational efficiency projects for the business areas to drive investment decisions
- Deconstructs financial information (e.g. underlying performance, variances vs. budget/forecast) into usable information for cross-functional leaders to make effective, financially-based decisions.
- Leads the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned business areas, including the development and analysis of operating plans.
- Performs other ad hoc analytics and projects on an as needed basis.

The pay range for this role is: $ 71,400-120,750.
The listed salary range represents ENGIE's good faith estimate and is based on a wide range of factors, including candidate's experience, industry knowledge, qualifications, seniority, and location. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Masters in Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Abilities:
- Self-starter with an ability to seek out areas for analysis of cost efficiency and profit opportunities
- Willingness to bring creative, analytical ideas to management and other members of the leadership group
- Well organized, both in focus on daily activities and work product output
- Understands the importance of presenting clear and concise data for ease of understanding by management
- Analytical problem solving with strong attention to detail

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint)
