About the Role:
Pictorus is seeking a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Marketer to lead and execute our efforts in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is crucial in shaping and implementing our demand generation strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Strategy:
- Independently craft and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy.
- Implement data-driven campaigns across digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.
2. Lead Generation and Nurturing:
- Create and manage programs to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Develop lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the production of high-quality content that supports demand generation efforts.
- Maintain and optimize the content calendar for timely delivery across channels.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track effectiveness and ROI.
5. Hands-on Execution:
- Actively participate in the execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4 - 8 years of B2B demand generation experience with a proven track record.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficient with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Creative and innovative thinker with strong project management skills.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and directly contribute to campaign execution.
