Root Cause Analysis Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Root Cause Analysis Facilitator to lead reliability improvement efforts and provide structured analysis for asset failures. The ideal candidate will mentor junior employees and ensure the effective transfer of knowledge.
Function description
The Root Cause Analysis Facilitator will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of equipment and system failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to develop frameworks for evaluating asset performance. The facilitator will also serve as a mentor, transferring knowledge to junior employees and supporting their development in reliability engineering.

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer
- Strong analytical skills to analyze asset functions and potential failures
- Certified Root Cause Failure (RCF) Analyst
- Proven ability to mentor and train junior employees
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to knowledge transfer
